First School Staff

Our ethnically diverse teachers are well educated in early childhood development. They recognize and appreciate that growth in each child evolves differently. The individual child is embraced by the caring committed staff that strives to provide the best learning experience for each child.

The unusual longevity of our staff contributes greatly to the continuity of experience. A weekly staff meeting at each site provides a collaborative framework for discussion of children's developmental issues. In addition, the staff at each site meets weekly to plan and discuss curriculum.
