Our teachers are well-educated in early childhood development. They demonstrate a caring approach and a commitment to each student's experience at the school. The teachers recognize that each child grows and develops at a unique pace. They embrace the individuality of each child and strive to provide a learning experience best suited for each student.
The long tenure among our staff members contributes greatly to the continuity of a quality learning experience at the schools. Weekly staff meetings at each site provide a collaborative framework for on-going discussions of developmental issues. In addition, the staff meets every week to plan and discuss how to specifically apply the curriculum.
